1. Welcome address by President.
2. Nomination of two Executive members in Governing Body.
3. Appointment of DG to run Day to days affair of the association.
4. Update on Financial status by the Treasurer and filling of documents.
5. Discussion on increasing membership base.
6. Finalisation of dates and Venue for Quarterly Workshop / Seminar on Importance of Agri journalism in current scenario.
7. Any other business with the permission of chair.
